Vendor Setup

This page provides information and times for vendors to setup in advance of the Cow Days event.

All times are Central.

The Cow Days Fall Festival show hours are:
- Friday - 12pm to 8pm
- Saturday - 8am to 8pm

Street Closure and Setup Hours.

The Greensburg Police require all cars to be cleared from the Public Square and along Main Street and Court Street (see Maps) by 4pm on Thursday, the day before Cow Days. Violating vehicles will be towed.
Vendors can setup either Thursday evening from 5pm until dark or Friday morning from early until 12pm Noon. Cow Days staff will be on hand during these times to assist vendors in finding their booth locations.
Main Street, or Route 68, will be closed to through traffic during setup hours Thursday evening from 5pm to dark and Friday morning from early to 12pm as well as during show hours Friday from 12pm to 8pm and Saturday from 8am to 8pm.
From 5pm Thursday onward the police will be monitoring entrances to the area allowing only vendor vehicles into the area for booth setup. For those dropping off booth equipment and leaving we need vendors to minimize their vehicle time in the setup area to prevent congestion during show setup.
If your vehicle is part of your booth (truck or trailer) it must be parked within your assigned and numbered booth spaces. That includes any hitch portion of trailers and bumpers of vehicles.
If your vehicle has been let into the show setup area to drop off booth equipment it can only stay in the show setup area for one hour.
